- Is advance booking necessary? We highly recommend it! This guarantees your spot for your preferred date and time, especially on weekends or during the summer when the boat fills up quickly.
- Can I change the date or time of my booking? Of course! As long as you notify us at least 24 hours prior to departure, we will manage your change without any issues.
- Are there reduced rates for children? All children under 12 years old enjoy a special reduced rate of €14 per ticket.
- Do you offer group discounts? Yes! For groups of more than 20 people, the price per ticket is reduced to just €16. Group bookings and management are handled directly and personally via WhatsApp.
- What payment methods do you accept? You can pay conveniently and 100% securely using your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via Bizum directly on our website.

- How far in advance should I arrive? To ensure a smooth and organized boarding process, we kindly ask you to be ready at our meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.
- How long is the tour? Our scenic guided route covering the harbor area, military ships, and salt docks lasts approximately 1 hour.
- Is boarding assistance available? Absolutely! A dedicated team member will be on hand to assist you with embarking and disembarking safely and comfortably.
- Who will be on board and what is the guide like? The Boat Captain will always be on board ensuring a safe journey. During the trip, you will enjoy a general audio guide providing rich history about the maritime environment and local fishing.
- Can I bring a phone or camera? Yes, take as many photos as you like! Please make sure to hold onto them securely, as the company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal devices on board.
- What happens in case of bad weather? Your safety at sea is our top priority. If weather conditions prevent departure or if recommended by the Maritime Captaincy, we will cancel the trip and offer you the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.
